WELCOME!

Massies Mill Ruritan Club is a member of Ruritan National, which has nearly 32,000 members throughout the United States, that work to improve more than 1,200 local communities. Since the organization’s beginning in 1928, Ruritan Clubs have served America with Fellowship, Goodwill, and Community Service. Ruritan's purpose is to create a better understanding among people and through volunteer community service, make America's communities better places in which to live and work.

The Massies Mill Ruritan Club was chartered in 1951, and is part of the Woodrow Wilson District Ruritans. It was instrumental in organizing the Piney River Volunteer Fire Department, and since then has supported a broad range of community organizations and activities. The Club raises money through fund-raising activities, such as its annual Carnival and its participation in the Flippin Seaman Apple Fesitval, and through rental of its building and grounds for weekend dances and for weddings, reunions, and other events.

The Massies Mill Ruritan Club welcomes inquires about membership; please click on Membership Info on the left toolbar for further information.
